At Nialaya Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original Nialaya packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is processed correctly.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
